Return & Refund Policy

A cup purchase comes with a 100% moneyback guarantee, because we hope to see as many happy cup users as possible. You can switch size or get a refund if you return your cup within 60 days from your order date.

Follow the directions below to begin the return process for items purchased from us.

To return never-used, never-washed pads and cups for a refund:

1. Circle the items on your packing slip that you are returning.

2. List the reason for return next to the item name.

3. Return never-washed, never-used items to:

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Product refunds are granted up to 60 days from date of purchase. Any credit refunded back to a credit card will only be credited if the products arrive back to us in satisfactory condition.

We will give you a full refund if your order is still not arrived after 45 days from date of purchase.
